This morning Addison and I met up with Nana De De and Hayden at AAK (All About Kids). We had a blast! De De was more then impressed with the facility and all the things they had to offer kids. Our first stop was the ball pit. Both Hayden and Addison have a ball pit at home but not one with a slide. They had fun going up and down the slide. Addison being the persistent little woman that she is, kept trying to go up the slide when Hayden was going down. The two of them get along so well. I love watching them laugh and play together! They both seemed to enjoy jumping on the air bounce. They were afraid to wonder too far from De De and I but they did like jumping. After an hour or so of play we decided they had worked up a hunger. We took them to the snack bar and got a grilled cheese and a banana (sounds like a great combo huh?) They both ate very well, jabbering all the while. After lunch, open gym had begun. That means all the kids can play on any of the gymnastics equipment. Addison and Hayden headed straight for the trampoline. They had a blast jumping all around. Hayden loved jumping into the pit filled with foam squares. He giggled and giggled. We really made a gloomy rainy day fun! Addison and I are so excited to go back next week with Aunt Dana and Hayden!

glad they had fun together. bummed i couldn't be there. but next week it'll be fun to see them lay again. I'm sure Deanna and Hayden will be joining you more frequently now since she has seen the place and liked it :)
