Here she is on her first Halloween-Fi-Fi the poodle! Poor little thing has a very chapped face!

Here a Leaf, There a Leaf, Everywhere are Leaves

The weather this week has been so nice. I had actually gathered the cushions off the screened in porch to put away and to my surprise the weather warmed up again. Addison and I took full advantage of the nice weather. We played in the yard for an hour or so. The entire time I was snapping away on my camera. It was so neat to see Addison discovering nature. She loved the leaves! She even tried to eat a few-yuck! I have really been enjoying this transition. I do miss our house but my aunts house isn't to shabby( total understatement).
Halloween was fun but very busy! Next year we are going to make everyone come to us. The night began with a little mingling with the new neighbors. We went next door to Jamie and Franks house for supper. There we met a lot of our neighbors. Everyone was so nice! The food was great and so was the company! Addison had a great time playing with Jamie's granddaughter Taylor who is three. Taylor was so sweet with Addison. She would make sure Addison didn't get a hold of any toys that could hurt her.
Later we went to mall to see Poppie-who had to work until 9 :( Poppie really enjoyed showing off his grand baby. He also enjoyed loading her basket with candy that he knew mommy and daddy would be eating! Thanks Poppie.
Then we went to visit the old neighbor hood. Our first stop was Patty and Shana's house. They are the sweetest ladies ever! The really are a lot of fun and were wonderful neighbors. Then it was on to see Jerry and Paulette. Jerry always shared his tool with Kevin and talked about man stuff. He was also a really great guy. Lastly we went to 4009 our first home. Laural and Chris were pleasantly suprised to see us. It seemed as though they were pretty settled in their new house. It was a little bittersweet but I'm happy for them and for us. I now have the opportunity to spend my days with the most precious little babe in the world. I wouldn't change a thing!
Our night wasn't over yet! We went to Mason and Kelly's to see De De , Paw Paw, Uncle Jeff, Aunt Dana, and Hayden. Mason and Kelly's house was decorated so cute. No one could tell what Addison was suppose to be. De De thought she was a pink pig. I thought the ears and dog collar were a dead give away but I guess not. Addison really enjoyed spending time with her cousin. she loves to follow him around and take his toys-which is something we will have to work on.
All and all things couldn't be better.

She is finally here!- A recollection

After nine long months of waiting our angel has arrived. I had an awesome delivery. It seemed short and honestly it wasn't that painful. The Doctor actually arrived in time to catch the baby. Addison was ready to come out 20 minutes before the doctor arrived. The nurses didn't want to deliver Addison without the Doctor there because they said the doctor would yell at them. My mom was so upset because Addison's heart rate kept dropping. I didn't know that or I would have just pushed without the Doctor. No way would I have risked her life! It all turned out for the best! I am extremely proud of myself for having Addison without drugs. I'm a lot stronger then I thought. I surprised pretty much everyone. Kevin and Mom were so proud of me. Holly said that now she feels like she has to have her baby natural because I made it look so easy. My Douala Laura Holt, was amazing. She and Kevin helped me so much through the labor and delivery. The room was very quiet and relaxing. I really liked the birthing ball. The ball really helped my labor progression. Deanna was so cute she was so impressed that I had Addison naturally. She was very fascinated with breastfeeding. She never breastfeed any of the boys. I'm so excited to see what life will be like with Addison. I love her so much already. She is so beautiful and has so much hair.
