Two weeks ago on Thursday De De, Addison, Hayden, Dana, Landon and myself went to KaZoing. What is a KaZoing, you ask? It is a fun place to take kids. They have, inflatables, toys, and crafts. Addison and Hayden had a great time playing at KaZoing! I have to say Hayden is way more adventurous then Addison when it comes to inflatables. I don't know if it is the colossal size, the sounds they make, the way it feels under her feet, or that fact that there are other kids inside. What ever it is she is VERY unsure of them and would rather have her feet planted safely on the ground. One thing that is awesome about KaZoing is they allow parents to go on all the inflatables with their children. At All About Kids they forbid parents on the equipment. Hayden had no problem scaling the ginormous inflatable slide but Missy Prissy Addison got up a few steps and froze. She stood their crying. De De helped her up the slide and rode all the way to the bottom with her. She was fine as long as De De or I was with her.
They also have a room filled with toys, a slide/ playhouse, train table, doll houses, play cars, etc (what more could a toddler want). They both enjoyed playing with new toys. Addison pretty much stayed on the slide the entire time but she really enjoyed the doll house and dolls.
After we played we went in the art and craft room and did crayon rubbings. They turned out really cute. De De was a big help and showed both Hayden and Addison how to create a rubbing. We had a great time at KaZoing with everyone. We will most definitely go again sometime.
They party continued at our house afterwards. We stopped at Chick-fil-a grabbed some lunch and brought it home . We all enjoyed a yummy lunch which began with a sweet prayed said by Hayden. Afterwards the kids played upstairs but not before Landon got to try out Addison's Johnny Jumper. He looked so cute hanging around in there. It brought fond memories of Addison playing in it.
We all had a great time spending the day together. We always love getting to see De De, Aunt Dana and the boys. We definitely need to make it a much more regular occurrence.
