We are so happy to announce that Avery William Kuhn was born today, November 18,2009 at 2 pm. He weighed in at 7 lbs and 1 ounce and was 19 inches long. Baby and Mommy are doing great! Addison can't get enough pictures of Avery. I showed her this picture and she kept saying "more baby Avery". I can't wait for her to meet him. She literally won't know what to do with herself because my other sister-in-law Dana, is due pretty much anytime now. This baby is a surprise so we won't know the gender until s(he) gets here. So one down , one to go!
Congratulations Emily and Keith you will make great parents. Avery is a very lucky boy to have such a loving family welcoming him here. Parenthood is a wild, crazy, sometimes sleepless, fun, hard, most wonderful ride you will ever take. We look forward to loving Avery and watching him grow. We are always here when you need anything especially a night to yourselves or some sleep!

you summed it up best with the wild, crazy, sleepless so on and so forth. but it is all so worth it. i just wish time would slow down a little. before we know they will be akward adolescents then crazy college kids followed by adults getting married and having their own babies. i just want more time at this age!
hayden had the same reaction to baby avery's picture. he kissed the computer screen and signed baby. the other night we were saying prayers and listing the people we wanted God to bless and he always will repeat AJ when i say her name. if i call her addison he doesn't say anything but when i say AJ he pops his head off the pillow, smiles and says AJ. well the other night i had gone through our list of who to pray for and asked him if there was anyone else and out of the blue he says baby. i said oh thats nice the baby in mommys belly and he said No. baby blake. i thought that was so cute. he knew exactly which baby he was wanting to pray for. so now we will add avery to the list.
